Q: Is it true that Allison will be retiring from Mary Kay as a National Sales Director?
Yes, Allison retired from the Mary Kay sales force as an Independent National Sales Director on August 1, 2010.
Q: Why did she retire?
The purpose of her retirement is to allow her to focus on her personal passion of empowering all women in all types of business.
Q: What will she do now?
She has launched a mission to empower women in business across North America around the world. Her goal is to help give focus & clarity on the critical few things that we all need to reduce the feeling of overwhelm, develop a new belief system that our true life & business vision is attainable, and identify a practical plan of action for creating that vision.
Q: What projects is she currently working on?
Allison’s current focus is her Empowering Women in Business Tour. She will visit 22 cities across North America between now and Christmas to help women reposition themselves for success in business in order to create a life they love.
Q: Does Allison still believe in the MK opportunity?
Yes. She is proud and grateful for her journey with Mary Kay. She has no intention of to leaving behind the relationships she’s built and her true hope is that we can all join together and unite in this higher purpose of empowering women in business to create a life they love.
Q: I’m a Mary Kay consultant – will her training still apply to me?
Allison’s workshops are specialized and advanced for the smart woman who is ready to take her business to the next level. They realize that they already have plenty of sources available to them for skills training within their particular support group. Allison focuses on the training that they desperately NEED and don’t have: life-skills as they apply to business. This is applicable to women in ALL types of business, hundreds citing Allison’s training for allowing them to have mind-blowing increases in productivity in their businesses.
