Allison LaMarr started her Mary Kay business in May of 2003, debuted as a Sales Director in February of ‘04, and was appointed to the position of National Sales Director in October of 2006.   She started her Mary Kay career in pursuit of unlimited earning potential and a balanced life-style. 

Before Mary Kay, Allison was in Marketing and Product Management for a Global Bank.  In her first 12 months of business, she completely paid off her $30,000 in credit card debt, and in her first full year as a Director she earned over $100,000 more than her previous annual corporate income.

Allison earned the use of five Mary Kay Career Cars and has been driving the prestigious Pink Cadillac since her 10th short month in the company!   She earned 1 Pontiac Grand Am, 2 Cadillac DTS models, and 2 Cadillac Escalades.  Allison was a Star Consultant every single quarter from signing her Beauty Consultant agreement until becoming a National. 

Her amazing Consultants and Directors made history when they debuted as the LAMARR NATIONAL AREA, becoming the fastest National Area to ever debut in Mary Kay history, doing so just 3 years and 5 months after Allison signed her Beauty Consultant Agreement.

Allison led her personal unit to the Million Dollar Club twice and was Queen of the Pearl Seminar in 2006, breaking multiple company records along the way.  Allison’s highest combined earnings in one month were in excess of $33,000! 

She is most proud of her personal unit for setting the following Mary Kay COMPANY records:

· Achieving a Half-Million Dollars in retail sales in only 5 months from the debut of their organization!

· $1 Million in retail sales in their first 9 months!

· Earning the prestigious Million Dollar Unit title in their first full Seminar year!

Mary Kay awarded Allison with a 2.5 carat diamond ring, a 3.3 carat diamond ring, a 2 carat diamond necklace, 3 carat diamond earrings, and a diamond and pearl watch.  She earned all expense-paid luxury vacations around the world for her and her husband, including:

•      A 5-Star luxury cruise of the Greek Isles, Italy & Turkey

•      The island of Crete in the Mediterranean Sea

•      The Canary Islands off the western coast of Africa

•      The Spanish Riviera

•     Vienna & Salzburg, Austria

•     Sydney, Australia

•     British Isles cruise to Whales, Ireland, & England

Milan, Italy

Allison and her family live in Texas.  She says her passion is to keep God First, Family Second, and Career Third in her life, while empowering other women to achieve their own dreams.  She retired from Mary Kay in 2010 to pursue her dream of empowering women in all types of business around the world.  Before retiring, Allison was honored as an elite member of the Mary Kay Millionaires Club, having earned over $1 Million in commissions in her Mary Kay career.
